At Grindly, your training data belongs to you. We treat your workouts, progress photos, weight history, and health metrics as private information — stored securely and never sold to anyone. You stay in full control, and you can permanently erase everything at any time, directly from within the app.

How we keep your data private

  • Your data is stored on secured Firebase infrastructure, protected in transit and at rest.
  • We never sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.
  • We only share data with the service providers required to run the app, or when the law requires it.
  • Progress photos and personal metrics are only ever visible to you.

Delete all of your data

You can permanently delete your account and every piece of data associated with it directly from the app — no email, no waiting, and no support ticket required. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open Grindly and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. It removes:

  • Your profile, goals, and account details
  • All workouts, workout journals, and templates
  • Fitness plans and AI evaluations
  • Weight entries and progress photos
  • Food logs, recipes, and health data
  • Notifications, reminders, and connected app access
  • Your sign-in credentials

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
